    Mechanical Devices is devoted to Quality, Cost and Delivery using

6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S as the foundation to our successful business. The operation utilizes advanced multi-axis and multi-spindle CNC machining equipment, including horizontal and vertical turning centers, as well as horizontal, vertical, and pallet-pool machining centers, to manufacture grey iron, steel, aluminum castings and steel forgings. 

      Continuous improvement and continuing investment in people, technology, equipment, tooling, processes, and facilities have allowed us to meet our customer goals and objectives.

    Mechanical Devices is proud to be awarded Caterpillar's Bronze MQ11005 Certification under Caterpillar's Supplier Quality Excellence Program.
